We are migrating from Canvas Catalog to Modern Campus but there doesn't seem to be a way to export the catalog or listings information like you can normal course content. Is there actually a way to do this?
There is an ability to export a report of your listings from the Analytics tab, but you are right, the majority of the details about that listing are not included.
Your best bet is likely to use the Canvas Catalog API to pull down the specific information you are searching for - here is some of the documentation for accessing the API. You could then loop over each course and pull down whatever listing information you are wanting (description, start/end dates, associated Canvas course ID, etc).
