Training Servicing Portal is not showing up on my canvas page

I am a teacher and I signed up for trainings on Canvas. Some of these trainings require me to sign up for Zoom meetings through the Training Servicing Portal. However, the Portal randomly shows up. Sometimes I can access it through "Help;" other times its a tab (like Courses, Dashboard, Help, etc.); and other times it JUST ISN'T THERE ANYMORE. This is quite frustrating as you can imagine. Please help!!

Sometimes it populates and sometimes it doesn't? 

It is likely your internet browser and we recommend clearing the cache and cookies or trying another browser.

If that still doesn't fix it, you may want to speak with your school or institution. They can confirm that you're enrolled in the course, confirm you have access through zoom, etc. But if you've had access to it and still do occasionally - clearing your cache should likely resolve the intermittent loading issues.
