Hello, so I'm taking my first online course, and our first exam was yesterday. We needed to use respondus locked browser to take it, which I got into, then proceeded to the Access code screen. I typed in the given access code and the backup one my professor provided, but then it was like when I pressed submit my screen would refresh, and I'd wind up back in the access code screen with a blank bar without even an error message telling me whats wrong. I even redownloaded honorlock to try and fix this, but what other steps can I take to try and fix whatever is going on? Thank you
