Exam's Password and The Mid Term Exam is only for Registered and Fully Enrolled Students.

The course is free only need to pay for certificate and badges, but I am not allowed to attempt mid term exam without exam password. I contacted the teacher through given email but didn't got any response.  so my question is if the course is free then why I am not allowed for mid term exams.  Further what is the  registration fee for obtaining certificate.

You may not realize this, but you posted this question to the global community of Canvas users.  We can help answer questions about Canvas itself, but questions about course content, certificates, fees, and other related things would need to be directed towards the school/institution offering the course, as we do not have any knowledge or access to that kind of information.
