Hi there! I'm wondering if maybe that student has some sort of automatic translation plugin running? Otherwise, I would recommend that the instructor delete and retype the content there, or look for any oddities in the html code for that specific area. I can't tell if that is a module header, quiz question, or something else, so I can't provide the best directions on how to check that out.
