My Courses won't come off my dashboard?

Question

This started a while ago where I would finish a course and the class would not disappear from my dashboard. I tried to see if they were pinned in my courses, but I have unstarred all my courses in the "all courses" section and they still didn't go away. I have talked with a teacher and they said they do not know what is going on, i now have over 20 finished courses that still are on my dashboard, it is impossible to figure out what class is what and find them when I am taking multiple classes in a semester. How do I remove my finished courses from my dashboard?
