New Quizzes gradebook history

I've noticed that New Quizzes that require manual grading do not have graders assigned in a gradebook history report. I tried pulling an assessment that had a regrade applied to it and the grader was still not visible:

 

Is this a known issue? Am I missing something?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with new quizzes not updating correctly. There has been an issue with this over the last  day or two at Canvas - quiz scores are not updating or reflecting as intended. Canvas engineers are aware of the issue and are working on resolving it ASAP. It should be fixed for everyone within a timely manner and you should automatically see scores populating as intended. If you are looking for an update or experience similar issues it may be worth letting your school know directly so they can work with Canvas in documenting these cases. Hopefully this helps.
