You may not realize this, but you have posted your message in the global Canvas community, which s made up of many Canvas users (teachers, students, and administrator) from around the world. The community can be a great place to get help with some Canvas questions and issues, but for something specific like the issue you reported here, you would want to contact someone at your school (probably the teacher of the course) directly.
I know this isn't necessarily a solution, but I am going to mark is as such since it's the most appropriate answer in this case and it helps us track which questions still need to be addressed by the community.
