I was switched to a Lenovo Thinkpad and now the standards screen will just keep spinning. The grade cam part is working fine and updated. If I go out of the grading screen, then the grades will be there. Any suggestions?

I am not exactly sure what is going on here, but for Mastery Connect, we do recommend a computer that supports the most recent browser versions and one that is five years old or newer with at least 1GB of RAM. I would first double-check that your Lenovo Thinkpad is not more than five years old and that you are using the latest version of your browser on that machine. I hope this helps!
The device is newer and has plenty of RAM. I'm not sure what criteria it's not meeting.

You could try using a different browser, and just see if that makes any difference. This article lists the supported browsers and performs a system check to see if you are using the latest version of your current browser. Try the check and also try a different browser if possible. When I try to launch Mastery from Canvas, it spins and never loads. I cannot try another browser but I tried clearing cache and cookies. Launching Mastery Connect from Canvas still isn't working for me.

While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
