How do I get the data for all enrollments regardless of whether or not they have accepted it?

Hello,

I need to see who has been enrolled in all courses in one Term. I have ran the Provisioning Courses report and the Provisioning Enrollments report and I am not getting the information for anyone that has not accepted the enrollment. How do I get this information?

Good Morning Linda,

Using Canvas Data I think the information you're looking for is in the enrollment_dim file. The workflow _state field seems to contain different enrollment statuses.

Workflow state for enrollment: active, completed, creation_pending, deleted, inactive, invited, rejected

 

When I run the Provisioning report for Enrollments I have a Status column, in the example I ran I see Active and Invited statuses.
