Need to reserve a conference room or outdoor space for a group meeting

I'm looking for a location on the conference site where the 18 people in our group can meet during the conference. I'd like to reserve a space around 6:00pm on Wednesday if that's possible or a suggestion for an outdoor meeting space. Can you help with this type of request?

Hi @crouch !

I inquired about this and found out the following:

In Decatur field there are benches with lots of space people can use. In the open lounge at the conference center there are some seats where you could fit 18 but it would be tight. There are tables around lakeside village.

Another person suggested: "possibly one of the rooms in the lodge? I am in one now and there are 16 seats around the table. Plenty of room to squeeze a few more in if they are ok with that?"

Hopefully one of those options would work for you!
